Here I begin...

I'm starting with ANTIBACTERIALS!

1.  SPARFLOXACIN

General Information
Sparfloxacin is a fluoroquinolone used for treating infections such as urinary tract and prostate gland infections, it also used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis, sinus, pneumonia and soft skin infections. Older people with reduced kidney function should take lower doses of this drug. Another reason for a lower Sparfloxacin dosage for older people is its slower rate of excretion in them.

Caution
Fluoroquinolones such as Sparfloxacin should be prescribed/used judiciously.
l Resistance and allergy to fluoroquinolones can occur sometimes in course of their therapy.
l Fluoroquinolones can cause central nervous system problems and psychosis.
l Severe, even fatal, allergic reactions, including even the collapse of the circulatory system have happened after just one dose of fluoroquinolones.

Caution
